RESIDENTIAL HOME
INSPECTION

Potentially one of the most important steps in buying a home, residential home inspections are a buyers last chance to uncover any existing issues with their potential home or discover any possible defects that can turn into bigger issues down the road. Sellers may also be interested in scheduling a home inspection to see if there are any problems they need to address before putting their house on the market. Essentially, this type of inspection gives you confidence to move forward and allows any last minute repairs to be hashed out before a sale is made final. Typically taking between 2 - 4 hours depending on the size of the property, residential inspections are comprehensive visual inspections that review several factors of different components of the home including (but of course, not limited to):

Structural, Exterior, Interior, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC & Moisture Intrusion

4 - POINT HOME
INSPECTION

Less detailed than a full residential inspection, a 4 point home inspection is a visual inspection of the four major components of a home:

Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC

This type of home inspection is typically requested by insurance companies when a homeowner is seeking out eligibility for a new home insurance policy or a renewal of their current coverage. Insurance companies want to know what risks are associated with a home, so requiring a 4 point inspection not only gives them the assurance they need to provide coverage but allows peace of mind that the crucial systems in a home are operational and performing well.

Typically taking 30-45 minutes, we provide you a same day report with photos detailing our findings for you to provide to your insurance company. Following the inspection we are happy to go over the report with you, and are available by email or phone for any additional questions!

WIND MITIGATION
INSPECTION

Floridians know the importance of ensuring their homes are protected against the harsh weather conditions we see every year. A wind mitigation inspection is a visual inspection used to verify that your home has functioning features that will help protect it during hurricanes or extreme weather. Similar to 4 point inspections, a wind mitigation inspection is used by insurance companies to determine the condition of a homes wind- resistant features in order to apply any discounts and credits to a homeowners insurance policy. Taking the time to get a wind mitigation inspection will save you money on your home insurance and save you future repair costs on potential weather related damages. Typically taking 30 minutes - 1 hour, a wind mitigation inspection reviews different parts of your homes:

roof, water barriers, door & window coverings, and other weather resistant features that help protect your home during storms.

Like our four point inspections, we provide a same day report you can provide your insurance company and are always available by email or phone for any questions you may have!
